At Izel Fabrics, we are committed to delivering your orders as swiftly and efficiently as possible. All our products are shipped via trusted and reliable courier partners, primarily by AIR, to ensure timely delivery across most serviceable pin codes.

Please note that many of our products are available under a pre-booking model, which means the dispatch and delivery timeline may vary depending on the product’s availability status at the time of your order. Typically, delivery may take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks, based on stock status and whether the product is ready to ship or under pre-booking.

In cases where you have ordered multiple items, they may be dispatched separately and delivered at different times depending on their individual availability. These may also be shipped via different courier partners.

We highly recommend placing your orders well in advance, especially if you're ordering for a special event or occasion, as many of our popular pieces—especially in our “Original Suits & Dress Material” collection—tend to sell out quickly during the pre-booking phase. To avoid missing out or facing delays, we encourage you to pre-book as early as possible.

Each product page will display a “Tentative Ship Date” and “Tentative Ship Time” under the Product Description section. This serves as a helpful guide to estimate when your order is expected to be dispatched.

Here’s a quick overview of our estimated delivery timelines:

Ready to Ship Products – Delivered within 1 to 2 weeks
Pre-Book/Upcoming Stock – Delivered within 2 to 4 weeks
Stitching Orders – Delivered within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on customization and complexity

Additionally, we want to assure our customers that prepaid orders are always given priority in processing and dispatch to ensure a quicker turnaround time.

Please be aware that your Order Status may continue to display as “Processing” even after the package has been packed or shipped. This is part of our system's standard operation and does not necessarily indicate a delay or lack of progress. You will receive tracking details once the shipment is in transit.
