Returns & Exchange Policy

At Izel Fabrics, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every piece is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we are here to help.

Please carefully read the terms below before requesting a return or exchange:


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of a defective or damaged product.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as color variation, change of mind, size issues (for unstitched items), or delay in delivery due to courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in their original packaging.


Mandatory: 360° Parcel Opening Video

To initiate a return or exchange claim, a 360-degree unboxing video is compulsory.

  • The video must be taken without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

  • It should clearly show the parcel being opened from all sides, revealing the item as received.

  • No claims will be accepted without this video, regardless of the issue reported.


How to Report an Issue

If you have received a defective or incorrect product:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Contact us at support@izelfabrics.in or via WhatsApp/Call at +91 88405 81960.

  3. Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, clear photos of the product, and the unboxing video.

  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.


Return Shipping Charges

  • In all return or exchange cases, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable and reliable courier service for returns.

  • Izel Fabrics will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered return parcels.


Next Steps After Return Approval

  • Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, we will process an exchange or issue a store credit for the full value of the item.

  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase.

  • Cash refunds are not provided, unless the item is out of stock and a replacement is not available.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been stitched, altered, or customized.

  • Items purchased under Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Offers.

  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery.
