At Izel Fabrics, we believe in providing premium quality and a transparent shopping experience. While we primarily follow an exchange-only policy, there are specific cases where a refund may be applicable. Please read our refund guidelines carefully before placing your order. Orders once placed will not be cancelled or refunded.
General Policy

Refunds are not provided for most purchases.

We follow an "Exchange Only" policy, and eligible returns are processed as store credit with lifetime validity.

Refunds to the original mode of payment are only issued in limited, clearly defined scenarios listed below.
When Is a Refund Applicable?
A refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) will be initiated only if:

The ordered product is out of stock and has not been dispatched.

A replacement is not available for a defective item you received.

Your order was cancelled by us before dispatch due to unforeseen circumstances.
In these cases, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Refunds Are Not Applicable In the Following Cases:

If the product has been shipped and delivered in good condition.

If the customer changes their mind, dislikes the product, or faces delays due to courier issues.

For products that have been stitched, altered, or customized.

For items returned without prior approval or without proper evidence (such as unboxing video).

Orders made during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
Store Credit for Approved Returns
If you return an eligible product (defective item reported within 24 hours), we will issue you a store credit equal to the value of the product. This credit can be used on any future purchase and has no expiry date.
How to Claim a Refund (If Eligible)

Provide your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and the mandatory 360° unboxing video.

Our team will review the case and confirm whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is applicable.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Important Notes

Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable.

Izel Fabrics reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on our quality check and policy conditions.

No claims will be entertained without the required unboxing video, submitted within the stipulated 24-hour window.
