1. How long does delivery take?

  • Ready to Ship products usually deliver within 1-2 weeks.

  • Pre-book or upcoming stock may take 2-4 weeks.

  • Stitching/custom orders typically take 2-6 weeks depending on complexity.

2. Do you ship to my area?

We ship by air to most pin codes across India. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at support@izelfabrics.in or +91 88405 81960.


3. Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please note, your order status may still show as “Processing” until delivery, but rest assured it may already be on its way.


4. Do you prioritize prepaid orders?

Yes, prepaid orders are given priority processing and shipping to ensure faster delivery.


5. What is your returns policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
You must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a 360-degree unboxing video without any cuts or edits.

  • Bear the cost of return shipping.

6. Can I return or exchange if I don’t like the product?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues (for unstitched fabric), or color variations.


7. How do I report a defective or wrong product?

Contact us immediately at support@izelfabrics.in or WhatsApp/call +91 88405 81960 within 24 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos of the defect and your unboxing video.


8. Are there any charges for returning a product?

Yes, customers must bear the return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable courier service.


9. Can I get a refund?

Refunds to the original payment method are only provided if:

  • The product was never shipped due to stock unavailability, or

  • A replacement item is not available.

Otherwise, refunds are issued as store credit with lifetime validity.


10. What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

  • Stitched, customized, or altered products.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery.


11. How long does it take to process an exchange?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we typically process exchanges within 72 hours.
